Everest Itinerary
Daily itinerary: This itinerary may differ to circumstances out of our control.
1. Kathmandu: You finally arrive in Kathmandu after your long international flight. A representative will meet you at the airport and transfer
you to our favorite Kathmandu hotel, the Courtyard Hotel, where you will spend the day at leisure.
2. Kathmandu: We hold the expedition briefing, finish paperwork for the Ministry of Tourism and the rest of the day is at leisure.
3. Phakding: We take a real early flight to to Lukla, and make the short trek to Phakding where we spend our first evening in a teahouse.
4. Namche Bazaar: We trek to the busy and wonderful village of Namche Bazaar.
5. Namche Bazaar: Our first official acclimatization day exploring Namche Bazaar.
6. Thyanboche: Back to the trails with the trek continuing to Thyangboche.
7. Dingboche: Another day on the trail sees us trek to Dingboche.
8. Dingboche: The second acclimatization day spent in and around the teahouse in Dingboche.
9. Loboche: Back to the trails with the trek continuing to Loboche.
10. Gorak Shep: The penultimate trekking day takes us to Gorak Shep.
11. Base Camp: The last trekking day sees us arrive at base camp.
12. Base Camp: We relax at base camp and help the acclimatization process.
13. Base Camp: Hopefully we can hold our Puja ceremony and be blessed for good weather and success.
14. Climb: Climbing begins
62. Climb: Climbing ends
63. Pheriche: We start the trek out and spend the evening in Pheriche.
64. Namche Bazaar: Trek to Namche Bazaar where we indulge in tasty "sizzlers".
65. Lukla: The last day of trekking see us enjoy the comforts of our teahouse in Lukla.
66. Kathmandu: Fly to Kathmandu and enjoy the luxury comforts of the Courtyard Hotel.
67. Kathmandu: Day at leisure in Kathmandu.
68. Depart: Depart Kathmandu for home.
